Private beta · last updated 9 July 2026
We collect the minimum needed to run a private beta, aligned with India’s DPDP Act, 2023. No ad trackers, no data sales, no third-party marketing lists.
What we collect
- Account data — name, email, and profile picture from your sign-in provider (Google via WorkOS) when you log in.
- Access requests — the email (and, on the founding network form, name, role, and organisation) you submit to join the waitlist. Used only to contact you about access.
- Product content — the cases, documents, and agreement details you create. Processed to provide the features you use, including the AI features you explicitly invoke.
- Session cookies — strictly for keeping you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Where it lives
Data is stored on our infrastructure on AWS. Indian personal data is handled in line with the DPDP Act; cross-border processing happens only where needed to operate the service and as permitted by law.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.
- Leave the waitlist at any time by writing to us.
- Delete your account and its content on request during the beta.
Changes
As we exit beta this policy will be replaced by a fuller one, and material changes will be announced in the product.
