Terms of Use
Private beta · last updated 9 July 2026
CourtXAI, the Open Legal Protocol landing, and Just Agree (together, “the platform”) are operated as a private, invitation-only beta. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
The beta, plainly
- Access is by invitation. We may add, change, pause, or remove features — and, rarely, reset beta data — while we build.
- The platform is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
- You agree not to misuse the platform: no unauthorized access attempts, no scraping of other users’ data, no unlawful content.
Not legal advice
The platform organizes information and documents and provides AI-assisted drafting and analysis. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Documents such as marriage clarity agreements are records of understanding; their legal effect depends on your circumstances and jurisdiction. Consult an independent lawyer before signing anything that matters — the product is designed to make that easy, not to replace it.
Your content
You own what you upload and create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the platform for you (storage, processing, and the AI features you invoke). We do not sell your content or use it to advertise to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. As we exit beta, these terms will be replaced by a fuller agreement and you will be asked to review it.
